Kitchen Manager (part-time)

We are looking to expand our thriving venue to a fully formed hospitality establishment and to do this would like to open the avenue of great tasting in-house cuisine. We are seeking a forward thinking and passionate individual to help us achieve this goal. This role includes running your own kitchen, creating innovative menus, preparing and cooking tasty dishes, ensuring kitchen safety and hygiene standards are met, purchasing ingredients, and managing their own kitchen. This is an on-site part-time role with prospects for full-time as business develops. Would suit as a freelance or bolt on position.

 

This role is offered currently exclusively for Sunday trade at 8-10 hours with the opportunity for expansion into additional days.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing a range of dishes, including vegan and vegetarian options

  • Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations

  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff

  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude

  • Food safety certs required.
