Our yurt can accommodate up to 24 guests seated, or 40 when mixed seated/standing. The space is flexible, and can be set up in many ways to suit your creative meet up, supper club, music event, private party/gathering or whatever else you would like to hold in this very unique space.

Common questions for hiring the yurt:
How much is Yurt hire?
Prices range from £20-250 depending on time of day, length of use and amount of guests.
We offer discounts for large bookings, off peak times and charities - email our sales team to discuss this further.
How many people can the yurt accommodate?
Seated: 25 - 35 (depending on activity)
Standing: 40
Can I bring my own drinks?
All drinks, including soft drinks must be bought from the bar.
We offer a £10 corkage fee per bottle if guests want to bring something special. This only applies to wine or bubbly, and not spirits. This must be pre-arranged with our booking team.
Do you offer food packages, or can I bring my own food?
Please discuss food options directly with your booker.
Can I decorate the space?
Of course! We only ask that you are mindful of the yurt, take all your decorations home with you and don’t use any confetti or confetti balloons as it’s very difficult to remove from the floor.
You’re welcome to come by earlier in the day to set up, just let you booker know what time and we’ll see if a staff member can be on site.
Can I play my own music
You’re welcome to play your own music in the yurt with our small speaker provided.
Due to respect for our neighbours, we can’t allow additional speakers.
Can I select the DJ / have my friend play in the main bar
We book everything in house, often months in advance - If there’s a particular genre you love, we’ll do our best to accommodate your tastes.
Can I put on a music/comedy/seminar/ticketed event in the yurt?
We love hosting public events in the yurt - contact our bookings team to discuss this further.
Do you hire out the main bar as well as the yurt?
We do offer full venue hire. Please contact our bookings team to discuss this further. Please note Friday and Saturday nights require a minimum downpayment of £500+, and an additional pre-paid bar tab - prices are dependant on event type and size, your booker will give you a bespoke quote based on your enquiry.
